The footwear sector requires high performance in terms of measurement and quality control, placing efficiency in manufacturing processes at the center of production. To achieve this goal, several technological tools are used, including LASER distance meters, LASER sensors, archimeters for measuring radii and bending curves, vision systems, LED illuminators, artificial intelligence, industrial stroboscopes and torque meters for torque control.
LASER distance meters allow precise measurement of the dimensions of the prototype objects or of the structure of the shoe, without contact, through a series of micro-pulses emitted and read by the device. This technology eliminates any temperature variations, minimizing the possibility of error.
LASER sensors, on the other hand, detect the deformations of the shoes during production, in order to avoid any post-manufacturing deformations. They are particularly suitable for the modeling of new products to be made, ensuring a constant and uninterrupted production flow.
Archimeters for measuring radii and curves, available in different sizes, are able to accurately measure the length of the shoe profile, both from the inside and outside, providing important data for creating the correct model and correct management of the moulds.
The vision systems are instead able to perform a series of tests on the structure, detecting any anomalies in the finish of the shoes, deviations from the correct shape and possible internal defects, thus helping in the creation of a high quality finished product.
LED illuminators represent an innovative solution for decreasing energy consumption, compared to traditional lamps, and, at the same time, improve the quality of visual inspection results. They allow you to examine the structure to check for any inconsistencies in fabrics, colors and textures.
Artificial intelligence and industrial stroboscopes, on the other hand, are suitable for monitoring production in real time, providing important information on processing times, the presence of any blocks in the production process and other information relating to quality control.
Finally, torque control torque meters are used to check the pressure exerted by the machine on the shoes, guaranteeing product quality and operator safety. Furthermore, they allow to measure the torque applied to the suppliers, improving the processing of shoes from numerous materials.
In summary, an advanced technological approach, combined with careful quality management, through precise measurement and accurate control of dimensions, allows companies in the footwear sector to produce high quality footwear, meet market needs and improve competitiveness global.
